Rolex Repair Nightmare: Months of Neglect & Disregard at Shreve & Co. 😡
I feel compelled to share my absolutely terrible customer service experience as a cautionary tale for others. I purchased my second women’s Rolex from Shreve & Co., and when the facing popped out a year later, I was truly shocked by such carelessness from an institution of historical reputation. Their unconcerned and rude attitude when I brought it back, followed by months of neglect where my watch was "forgotten about and sitting in a drawer in the back of someone’s office"—that's incompetence at a whole other level. This utter disregard for a valued customer is why I'm leaving this review and needed to speak directly with their customer service.
Customer: I'm calling about the unacceptable handling of my Rolex repair. It's been months, and I've just been told it was sitting in a drawer the whole time!
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear this, ma'am. That is absolutely not the service standard we uphold. Please, tell me more about what happened so I can fully understand and assist you.
Customer: I was promised a 3-month repair timeline, and after constantly calling, I found out it never even left the store. After the facing popped out and it was returned not keeping time, this is simply appalling.
